To "grab" a photo from ryan's photostream, make sure you are viewing the picture you would like to save, then click the Actions menu just above the picture, and select 'View all sizes' from the dropdown menu. This will bring up a list of available sizes (which defaults to "Large."). Click on the size you would like, then use the 'Download the ... size of this photo' link to actually download the photo. Screenshots, right and below, are what you are looking for. Good luck!
